About
The COVID-19 pandemic, as a global health crisis, highlighted significant deficiencies within healthcare systems around the world. In April 2022, in response to these challenges, Lily Jin, founder of the New Health Investment Institute, launched "Inclusive Healthcare in Asia." This pioneering investment initiative is the first of its kind, aiming to spotlight and bolster private healthcare investments and innovation across Asia. The initiative is characterized by its commitment to enhancing inclusion for healthcare accessibility, equity, and literacy. Recognizing the need for a collective approach, it calls for advancing the exchange of insights and fostering a collaborative ecosystem in healthcare.
Upon a successful launch, the initiaitve has been scaled to the next level to consistently publish research for healthcare allocators, asset managers, investors, business operators, and startup entreprenuers.
Research is curated, written, and contributed by the founder and the executive committee. Each research features a healthcare business or innovation that is changing the way how healthcare was done. Opinion and review of what it takes to further commercially scale featured business or solution and amplify its inclusion efforts is also discussed in each research.
Healthcare markets include but not limited to United States, Japan, China, India, Indonesia, Phillippines, and Bangladesh. Health sectors include but not limited to life sciences, healthcare services delivery, equipment, supplies, facilities, and education.
